Founded by Evan Troxell in March 2016, Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. is a full service catering company specializing in feeding small and large groups and can custom build a menu to fit your party or event.
Boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Raw Oyster Bar, Char-grilled Oysters, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Smoked and Grilled meats and just about any other type of Southern Food is no challenge for us and sure to please!
Hot-boiled Louisiana Crawfish are our specialty when in season(Dec to July) but we enjoy cooking (and eating!) all types of boiled seafood. We are licensed, insured and can cook 1000 lbs. of crawfish per hour!
We are based in New Orleans, Louisiana but love to travel and can bring the boil to you! Our name is derived from the home region where we were born and raised and garnered a taste for all things "Gulf Coast"!
Pricing for most of our events is $17 to $26 per head. Our price includes gratuity, tax and cleanup, unless otherwise stated. We understand the importance of offering a great value to you and an awesome, one of a kind experience to your guests.
For large Crawfish or Shrimp boils, we can offer head prices closer to $10 to $20 depending on poundage, extras and location. We custom build each event menu and can usually offer quotes in a day or two.
