These Terms & Conditions apply to communications and services provided by Gulf Coast Crawfish, including event inquiries, quotes, proposals, bookings, payments, and text messaging.

Event Inquiries, Quotes & Bookings

Submitting an event inquiry or receiving a quote does not guarantee availability or confirm an event reservation.

Event dates are confirmed only after Gulf Coast Crawfish receives any required deposit and completes the applicable booking requirements.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the inquiry, including event date, location, guest count, package selections, and requested add-ons. Changes to event details may result in changes to pricing or availability.

Payments & Deposits

When a deposit is required, the event date is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully received.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Additional terms contained in a customer's proposal, invoice, or booking agreement may also apply.

Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages from Gulf Coast Crawfish, you agree to receive SMS messages relating to your event inquiry and requested services.

Messages may include inquiry confirmations, questions about your event, quote and proposal notifications, payment or deposit links, booking confirmations, reminders, and other updates relating to your event.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out & Help

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
