"Down the Bayou" Boil Package


*A Backyard Seafood Boil cooked the Cajun way just like they do "Down the Bayou"!

*Seafood extravaganza cooked just for you!

*About 2 hours (we show up an hour before you would like to eat) 

*Seafood served family style (table dump) OR buffet style. 

*Up to 20 guests! (for parties larger than 20 we offer the "Uptown" Boil Package)

*We are down to earth, show y’all how we prepare, boil, eat and make sure you get your fill! 

*Perfect for team building, bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday parties and more!

*The only support we need from you is a place to boil, we do the rest! *just make sure the drinks are cold ;)

*Average price per person is about $60.

*ON SITE MINIMUM -$800 including tax and gratuity (Drop Off available starting at $500)

*Includes a tray of our Black Kettle Chicken + Sausage Jambalaya!

*Paper trays, napkins, utensils, table covers, and tables provided.

*For most events during peak season, we boil on our custom built crawfish boil trailer!

*We help with trash cleanup and bag up whatever is left(there is always food leftover!!)

Seafood options per guest: 

*Crawfish Boil - 4-5 lbs. of Hot Boiled Crawfish + all the fixins'! 

*Shrimp Boil - 2 lbs. Gulf Shrimp (Headless, Head - on or Royal Reds) + fixins'!


*Shrimp + Crab Boil - 2 lbs. Gulf Shrimp + 1 lb. Snow Crab, Dungeness Crab or Blue Crab + fixins'!


*Crawfish, Shrimp + Crab Boil Extravaganza! 3 lbs. of Hot Boiled Crawfish, 1 lbs. of Gulf Shrimp and your choice of crab! For the true Seafood Lover!


Fixins' = Corn, Potatoes, Sausage, Mushrooms, Garlic, Celery, Onion, Jalapenos or any other special requests. 


*Add FRESH HARVESTED TESVITCH "REEF CANDY" LOUISIANA GULF OYSTERS for $150 per 50 count or $250 per 100 count (served raw and chargrilled!)

MURDER POINT OYSTERS available as well from the storied BAYOU LA BATRE, AL ! - $325 per 100 count

We offer the same fun experience as our "Down the Bayou" Boil but on a much larger scale for office parties, corporate events, retirement parties and more! The bigger your party, the more cost savings we can offer on your “per head” price. Custom menu catering available. No event is too big or too small! We will custom build your quote based on your event details and offer you the most competitive price anywhere.

















"Drop Off" Boil Package -

*about $50 per person (great for small or large groups!)


We provide drop off service in the GNO area. Hot-boiled seafood delivered to your door step! No mess, no stress! Crawfish, shrimp, and crabs or a mix of each plus all the yummy boiled sides are an option. Great for graduation events, birthday parties, bachelor/ bachelorette parties and more! Freshly boiled seafood is delivered in leak proof seafood boxes hot-out-the-pot to your door step. The same great flavor as our "Down the Bayou" boil delivered ready to enjoy! We include paper trays, napkins and a scoop. $500 minimum including tax and gratuity.

Founded by Evan Troxell in March 2016, Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. is a full service catering company specializing in feeding small and large groups and  can custom build a menu to fit your party or event. 


Boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Raw Oyster Bar, Char-grilled Oysters, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Smoked and Grilled meats and just about any other type of Southern Food is no challenge for us and sure to please!


Hot-boiled Louisiana Crawfish are our specialty when in season(Dec to July) but we enjoy cooking (and eating!) all types of boiled seafood. We are licensed, insured and can cook 1000 lbs. of crawfish per hour!NOLA CRAWFISH KING BUGGINOUTBOILS BUGGIN OUT BOILS


We are based in New Orleans, Louisiana but love to travel and can bring the boil to you! Our name is derived from the home region where we were born and raised and garnered a taste for all things "Gulf Coast"!

Pricing for most of our events is $17 to $26 per head. Our price includes gratuity, tax and cleanup, unless otherwise stated. We understand the importance of offering a great value to you and an awesome, one of a kind experience to your guests.


For large Crawfish or Shrimp boils, we can offer head prices closer to $10 to $20 depending on poundage, extras and location. We custom build each event menu and can usually offer quotes in a day or two.
