Next season marks a major milestone for us— Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. is celebrating our 10th season boiling in New Orleans! We’re predicting another bumper crop, similar to the strong 2025 yields, and our calendar is already starting to fill up.
We'll be reaching out to our amazing repeat customers soon, but if you're planning a spring event, now is the time to get on the books!
What began in March 2016 as a pop-up with a single pot and four sacks at The Bulldog in Mid-City has grown into a full-time business—and a seasonal part-time job for five awesome team members. Today, Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. is the go-to for backyard boils and large-scale, thousand-pound events across New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.
